Wellness spa

South Tyrol has a very long wellness tradition since the Habsbourg times. Some examples are: the wellness spa treatments in Merano, in Val di Braies or in Villabassa. This last mountain resort lies directly at the Sesto Dolomites foot, one of the symbols of the “most beautiful mountains in the world”. Wellness spa holidays in Italy aren’t just for elderly people... many upper class young people are among the fans of this kind of vacations in the mountains, to have finally a bit of time for themselves and to leave the everyday stress behind.
